Intéressons-nous maintenant à la question du present perfect BE+ING. 

Vous-vous souvenez de l'axe suivant?

Et bien difficile de représenter et de différencier sur un axe le present perfect simple et le present perfect BE+ING.

Néanmoins, LA différence à retenir est la suivante:

--> le present perfect mettra l'accent sur le résultat

--> le présent perfect mettra l'accent sur l'activité

Observez:

1. I have painted the wall.

2. I have beein painting the wall for two hours.

Avec la première phrase (present perfect simple), on s'intéresse au résultat: le mur est peint.
Avec la seconde phrase (present perfect BE+ ING), on s'intéresse à l'activité elle-même: cela fait deux heures que je peins.

Ainsi, on pourra trouver les oppositions suivantes:

I have been playing football for three hours. --> ACTIVITE
I have scored three goals. --> RESULTAT

I have been fishing for 20 minutes. --> ACTIVITE
I have caught three fish. --> RESULTAT

Comme vous l'aurez compris, le present perfect BE + ING se construit comme suit:

SUJET + auxiliaire HAVE + le participe passé de BE + Verbe en -ING..
